Arts & Carafes

Join us for Arts + Carafes! It’s like art class - but boozier! Sip on wine while crafting with your friends.

When: Select days 6pm - 8pm

Where: The Leeds Deli, 27 Chelwood Drive, LS8 2AT

Tickets include:

🎨All the materials you need for your 'caraft' of the session.
🍷A 250ml carafe of house wine (red, white or rose)
🫒Nibbles Menu available to order snacks
🧑‍🎨and of course all of the the skills, knowledge and guidance from our creative experts.

• JESMONITE CANDLE HOLDERS - With help from Snuggle & Squish; during this workshop you will learn how to mix, cast and use pigments in Jesmonite to create a pair of beautiful, unique candle holders.

• EARRING MAKING -  Dal from Stitch & Dangle will teach you how to work with polymer clay using marble effects and unique colour combinations. Transforming the clay into a variety of shapes, turning them into earrings and maybe even a bracelet too!

• NEON LIGHT WORKSHOP - Join Emily for an evening of creativity, Have a go at making and take home your own mini neon sign light! How friggin' cool!? 

• DRIP GLAZE JUGS - Learn the drip glaze technique with Puffin Pottery on your own jug which will then be taken away to be glazed and returned a few days later for collection.

• CHUNKY SCARF - Make your own chunky knitted scarf with  Snuggle & Squish -as styled by Claudia Winkleman

• Seating will be communal and first come, first served. All events are designed for beginners, no experience required. Tickets are non-refundable. This is a 18+ event.
• *INTRODUCTION TO MACRAME*

• With this introduction to macrame workshop, you can create your very own plant hanger complete with pot to take home.

  *NEON LIGHT WORKSHOP*
  Join Emily for an evening of creativity, Have a go at making and take home your own mini neon sign light! How friggin' cool!?

  *WINE COOLERS*
  Spend the evening painting & decorating your own wine cooler ready for it to be glazed and blown in a kiln and returned the following week ready for collection.

  *KNITTED PUMPKIN*
  Make your own knitted pumpkin for the spooky season. Something you can get out year on year as part of your Halloween decorations!

  *ARM KNITTED BLANKET*
  Make and take home your own super chunky, snuggly blanket! No knitting or crafting experience required.
